    ADAS Total Solutions

  • Pilot Smart Solutions: This is a conventional ADAS L2 solution including longitudinal, lateral, and integrated ADAS functions. Five system configurations, 1R1V, 1V, 1R, 3R1V, 3R can be provided by the demands from customer.
  • Pilot Intelligent Solutions: This is an enhanced ADAS L2 solution with optimized integrated ADAS functions for Asia traffic environment. The system configuration is of 5R1V1C that the driver confirmed lane change, ESA, BSD, RCTA, LCA, and ABSD functions will be included. The basic ADAS domain controller from MobileDrive will be applied in this solution. Besides, by integrating the auto-parking assist function, the high-speed and low-speed driver assistance functions can be provided by this solution with the configuration of 5R1V1C12U.
  • Pilot Premium Solutions: This is an ADAS L2.5 solution that can execute hands-off driving at certain driving route and accomplish auto overtaking and automatic on/off ramp functions. Besides, the autonomous valet parking will be also implemented in this solution that the ADAS domain functions in the new vehicle E/E architecture can be accomplished by this solution. The system configuration is of 5R9V1C12U and the enhanced ADAS domain controller from MobileDrive can take the needs in this solution.

    Domain Controller Solutions

  • ADAS Domain Controller Basic (ADCB): The computation power is provided by a powerful Infineon AURIXTM TriCoreTM TC397 MCU. It is designed with AUTOSAR BSW and complying with ISO26262 ASIL D processes. The ADCB can provide sufficient computing power for ADAS L2~L2.5 and auto-parking functions.
  • ADAS Domain Controller Enhanced (ADCE): The enhanced computing power is provided by combining an Infineon AURIXTM TriCoreTM TC397 MCU and a TI TDA4VM MPU. It is designed with AUTOSAR BSW in MCU and RT-Linux in MPU. The ISO26262 safety mechanism will be decomposed into MCU (ASIL D) and MPU (ASIL B) that can ensure the overall controller fulfills ISO26262 ASIL D level. The ADCE can provide sufficient computing power for ADAS L2.5~L3 and valet parking functions. The ADCE can also be the driver assistance domain controller in a next generation E/E architecture vehicle.

    Smart Camera Solutions

  • Mobileye Smart Camera: The EyeQ4 solution from Mobileye is implemented in this smart camera that provide output object data, lane data, traffic sign data, intelligent high-beam data, etc. A low cost Infineon MCU is designed in the smart camera as well. With the MCU, the sensor fusion (with radar as additional input), ADAS functions, and vehicle control software can be integrated. This is a performance beneficial solution.
  • Horizon Smart Camera: The Journey 2 solution from Horizon is implemented in this smart camera that provide output object data, lane data, traffic sign data, intelligent high-beam data, etc. A low cost Infineon MCU is designed in the smart camera as well. With the MCU, the sensor fusion (with radar as additional input), ADAS functions, and vehicle control software can be integrated. This is a cost beneficial solution.

    ADAS Verification & Validation Solution

  • ADAS sensor Validation (Ground Truth): A platform to verify detection performance via accurate sensors. (Ibeo lidar, Oxts RTK, and etc.)
  • ADAS simulation Test & Analysis: To Verify ADAS reliability by using IPG HIL test equipment with massive reconstructed real word scenarios.
  • ADAS calibration: To satisfy subjective/objective criteria and ISO/NCAP standards.
  • ADAS field Operational Test: ADAS function performance validation in real world.
