Taipei, Taiwan 16 July: MobileDrive, a joint venture between Stellantis, one of the world’s leading automaker mobility providers, and Foxconn, the world’s largest electronics manufacturer and leading technological solutions provider, has joined the SOAFEE Special Interest Group (SIG).

Industry collaboration is an important part of MobileDrive’s strategy. The SOAFEE SIG’s vision is aligned with those of MobileDrive and include The SOAFEE SIG’s Vision is to bring cloud-native development paradigm and its ubiquitous ecosystem to the highly diverse, heterogeneous compute platforms that will power the next generation of automotive and safety critical systems.

Through collaboration with other automotive leaders in the SIG, MobileDrive will bring their expertise in rapid development of ADAS and Digital Cockpit technologies to discussions in the SIG. MobileDrive is looking forward to being a participant in helping the SOAFEE SIG achieve its objectives, including that of a vibrant ecosystem of commercial partners delivering commercial products across the automotive stack, enabling a path from development to deployment.
